On Thursday 20th June the sun literally "stands still" in the sky, and we have the longest day of the year in our northern hemisphere!
To celebrate, I would love for you to join me on the Saturday 22nd June, for an invigorating yoga practice where we will be harnessing the power of the sun, followed by a restorative Yin practice to remind us that even the sun stops moving at times! Here we can take the time to pause and reflect at this mid-way point in the year.
And of course, it wouldn't be British Summertime without a delicious cream tea!!
💞 Please bring a pillow, blanket and your favourite tea mug with you! You may even wish to bring a journal/diary with you.
