🌚 The New Moon phase invites us to turn inward.
When we give ourselves an opportunity pause, reflect, and notice what we’re feeling, we get clarity on what we need to change, so that we can move closer to our hopes and dreams.
Each month, we’ll explore this through:
✨ The Astrology of the New Moon
✨ The sign it falls in and it's themes
✨ Journalling on how these themes might show up in our actual lives
✨ Deep rest
🌙 No travel, no rushing... just you, at home, creating a boundary that says "this time is mine."
🌚 When you sign up to the New Moon Sanctuary Membership, you will gain access to:
🌙 The New Moon Workbook
To help you understand the bigger picture of what you want in life, and guide you into creating your own monthly practice of reflection, intention & reset.
🌙 A private WhatsApp group (optional)
Where you will feel supported and nurtured through the month
🌙 A monthly meditation
To explore the themes of the current New Moon
🌙 Any extra resources or inspiration
Relevant to the astrology of the month
🌙 10% discount on the in-person Sanctuary Sessions
2.5 Hour workshops that include Yoga, essential oils, reflection/journalling, crystal bowls, cuppa and chats!
Please note: Transfers or refunds are not permitted for this event, unless cancelled by Aimee.
Nothing to do 😌 The zoom link will be sent to you at time of registration, and the replay will be sent out to you once it's ready.
I will email you your PDF resources to use during your practice if you wish.
All you need is:
🌙 a quiet corner of your home,
🌙 something comfortable to wear and practice on
🌙 perhaps a candle, blanket and/or crystal to create a space that feels calm and nurturing.
