A gentle, friendly class where you can come and relax and share any thoughts/feelings about your pregnancy with other mummas!
Yoga during pregnancy is a fantastic way to help your body be in the best possible shape for labour and beyond, and is a fabulous way to connect to your growing bubba inside the womb.
As always, listen to your body and only do what feels right for you.

Please bring the following with you if you have them:*
~ A yoga mat
~ A strap
~ 2 x yoga blocks
~ A blanket
~ A pillow/cushion or bolster
~ It is also a great idea to get yourself a birthing ball and a small 25cm Pilates ball too. These come in very handy with practice, but also for when you go in to labour too!
*please do not worry if you don’t own this equipment! I can provide some things and will give plenty of warning if we’ll be using birthing balls!💕
