💫 TWO-HOURS for you (and your little ones if you wish to bring them - up to age 4!), to move, stretch, breathe, relax and enjoy a hot cuppa and delicious sweet treat.
💫 Expect a warm and friendly atmosphere, a safe space for little ones to play, nutritional advice from Emma, and a little gift of a soothing essential oil blend from Aimee to use for massage, oil burner or relaxing bath at home!
💫 Sit and enjoy tea and cake in the company of other mums.
💫 Abby from Mama Maid Me will be providing her play set-up for little ones, along with NEW sensory toys! It’s an honour to collaborate with Mama Maid Me because we love what Abby offers for local mums - including meet-ups, special events and bringing in experts to talk about mum-related topics.
💫 This workshop is not just for new mums - if you have older children, we would really love for you to join us because we know how important it is for you to have some time for yourself.

The workshop will take place at Northam top hall (to the left of the junction as you pull in to Northam Village)
You can park at the hall or the car park down the bottom of the village!
