Cancellations and transfers of bookings can be made yourself via Bookwhen up to 24 hours before your session.

Within the 24 hour period before your session, no cancellations or transfers can be made.

If you need a flexible booking option, in case of missed sessions, the five class flexi pass is available, allowing you to attend 5 classes over a 60 day (approx 2 month) period.
