Welcome to All Generations Yoga & Pilates

I love teaching yoga and Pilates and have had such wonderful feedback from my students over the years and know how much they benefit from participating, both physically and mentally. Strengthening your core and healthy movements of your spine will inevitably help to improve your posture and with good posture, will help strengthen your back, improve how your body and mind feels and increase your general wellbeing.

I have seen how my students have improved overtime with commitment to classes and I am always so amazed at the human body and also the effect the mind has on the physical body. Those attending classes are physically in better shape πŸ€ΈπŸ½β€β™‚οΈ have an improved mindset πŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™€οΈ feel calm and have a better outlook on life.....what not to love about that!!

My Retreats for this year are full but the good news is I have secured Retreat dates for 28th to 30th March 2025 and 8th to 10th May 2026 in Snowdonia (Please let me know if you want to be added to the interest list for these dates) πŸ™
