You may cancel or transfer a pre-booked class up to 1 hour before the class.

You can transfer your booking up to two times only.

Please note: For events you can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the event, after this cut off time you will not receive a refund.

Please note: At this time events tickets cannot be transferred, as tickets can only be transferred to another ticket that is of the same cost value and class or event type.

No show for classes and events
If you do not cancel or move your booking, you will be charged and the class will not be refunded.

You can transfer or cancel your bookings by logging into your account.

Up to 1 hour for classes. ( Cancel or transfer)

Up to 7 days for Events. ( Cancel)

How to transfer/cancel your booking.

Login into your account
Go to your events
Upcoming
Click on the booking you wish to transfer or cancel

Click on transfer to move to another date from the same class type.

( for example you can’t transfer a in person slow flow & Yin class class to an online zoom class)

Or click cancel if you want a refund. I will then issue a refund.

Please note if the request was placed after the cut off, you may not receive a refund.

However I do understand that unexpected events, that our out of our control can occur, so please contact me to review your booking.

The more notice you can give for booking changes will be much appreciated, as there are limited spaces.
