This yoga class blends traditional asana with intelligent, creative sequencing.
To support the development of a well-rounded practice, you can expect variety — each week brings a different focus. Some sessions will feel strong and spicy, others slower and stretchier, or a balanced blend of the two. Mobility work and functional movement are gently layered in to enhance full-body wellbeing.
You can also expect mindful movement, alongside moments of breathwork and meditation, to help deepen your practice beyond the physical.
