Face to face classes:
Block booking payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you think you may not make one of the classes in a block, you can still purchase the remaining classes as drop-in tickets.
Refunds will not be given on classes cancelled with less than 24hrs notice.

Online classes:
Block booking payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. Should you miss a class that has previously been paid for within a block, a class recording will be made available to you to watch on your own time during the whole monthly block. If you feel you won't be able to make all of the dates in one block, it is better to book one-off sessions.
Refunds for missed one-off sessions may be given under exceptional circumstances.
