Event Booking Policy – Transfer-Only (No Refunds)
Thank you for booking with us. We are committed to creating a supportive, high-quality wellness experience for all participants. To ensure fairness, sustainability, and the smooth running of our events, the following booking policy applies to all ticket purchases.
No Refund Policy
All event bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances, including personal schedule changes, travel disruptions, or non-attendance.
Transfer of Booking
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person or to a future event, subject to the conditions below:
Transfer requests must be made in writing with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the event start time.
Each booking may be transferred once only.
Transfers to future events are subject to availability and must be used within 3 months of the original event date.
If transferring to another person, you are responsible for arranging the replacement attendee and providing us with their details.
Late Notice / Non-Attendance
Transfer requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the event without notice, will result in the booking being forfeited.
Event Changes or Cancellation by Organiser
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered:
A transfer to a rescheduled date, or
A credit towards a future event
Wellness Considerations
Our events are designed with care to support your well-being. We encourage you to attend only if you feel physically and mentally able to participate. If you have any concerns prior to the event, please contact us to discuss suitability.
