You are invited to sink into a sound bath, where gentle vibrations wash over you like waves of calm. Sound bath is a form of meditation allowing the nervous system into deep rest, softening stress and mental noise. As the sounds move through the body, tension unwinds and breath finds an easier rhythm. This is a space to reset, restore balance, and reconnect with a quieter inner knowing. Come as you are, lie back, and let the sound do the healing.
Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the session to settle down and take a toilet break if needed.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
• The venue will be spiritually cleansed and protected before this sound healing journey
• The afternoon begins by settling down comfortably on the yoga mats
• Introduction
• You will then be invited to get cosy and wrap yourself warmly in your blanket(s).
• We will begin with a guided meditation to connect with the breath, relax the body, and calm the mind
• The sound will surround you in vibrations and frequencies, taking you deeper into the journey of other realms. This will be the perfect time to de-stress and cleanse the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies, as well as enhance your growth and spiritual development.
• At the end of the sound journey, there will be a period of silence, when you are asked to stay still to integrate the whole experience.
• The space will open for anyone to share what they experience if they feel called to do it.
• Please bear in mind that no sound bath is ever the same. Bring no expectations, so that you can receive exactly what needs to be received in that moment. Expectations can hinder the connection to this present moment, so be open to experience exactly what is sacred to you.

These Terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Anima Pacha Drums services. By booking this event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not participate in the event.
The following applies to all appointment session purchases, including packages:
• Event purchase is fully refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the booking
• Event booking cannot be gifted to another person unless booked under that person’s name.
• Receipts for sessions cannot be coded for insurance policy reimbursement.
• Fees are charged in British Pounds. Additional fees may be charged per your bank or credit card issuer's policies. You agree that you are responsible for paying these additional fees that are disclosed on your bank or credit account statement.
• Once payment has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email with all necessary information about the event.
• Missing a set event without providing at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation will result in a full session fee charge with no refund given.
• By attending this event, you agree to be kind and non-judgmental to other people.
• No vile language will be tolerated.
• If you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will be asked to leave without receiving a full refund.
• This event is a sacred space for you to grow spiritually, so you agree not to get involved in any negative conversations. There is time and space for that, unfortunately, Sound healing is not the right place.
• Arrive early (10-15min) before your event as late arrivals will not be allowed in.
A 2.5% booking fee applies to bookings with a cost.
