Refund policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Anima Pacha Drums services. By booking this event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not participate in the event.

The following applies to all appointment session purchases, including packages:

  • Event purchase is fully refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the booking
  • Event booking cannot be gifted to another person unless booked under that person’s name.
  • Receipts for sessions cannot be coded for insurance policy reimbursement.
  • Fees are charged in British Pounds. Additional fees may be charged per your bank or credit card issuer's policies. You agree that you are responsible for paying these additional fees that are disclosed on your bank or credit account statement.
  • Once payment has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email with all necessary information about the event.
  • Missing a set event without providing at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation will result in a full session fee charge with no refund given.
  • By attending this event, you agree to be kind and non-judgmental to other people.
  • No vile language will be tolerated.
  • If you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will be asked to leave without receiving a full refund.
  • This event is a sacred space for you to grow spiritually, so you agree not to get involved in any negative conversations. There is time and space for that, unfortunately, Sound healing is not the right place.
  • Arrive early (10-15min) before your event as late arrivals will not be allowed in.
