Yoga is learning to come back to yourself, finding your own limits, expanding your boundaries and then being able to truly relax into who you are. The word yoga comes from the sanskrit word 'Yuj' which is often translated 'to unite', 'to join' or 'to connect'. All of these associations imply reintegration and re-balancing or bringing oneself to a harmonious state. As we move with breath we not only stretch, but strengthen our whole body, find ourselves, become present as we calm the mind and come back to equilibrium.

Refund policy

All group Yoga classes must be paid for in advance to secure your place.

Classes paid for in blocks are only valid for the dates confirmed at the time of booking

Individual P.A.Y.G classes must be pre booked/paid and are only valid for the date booked.

Missed pre-paid classes are unable to be rolled over or refunded.

Only in special circumstances and by prior agreement can adjustments be made to your payment at the time of booking.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel your booking and receive a full refund

In the event of any Covid 19 related restrictions affecting our in-person class, all pre-paid classes will automatically be delivered to you via ZOOM
