Ann Pyne Yoga

Ann Pyne Yoga classes offer a combination of breathing and stretching techniques to allow you to explore mind and body awareness. Ann is a qualified yoga teacher trained in Hatha yoga and registered with Yoga Alliance. Her classes are aimed at all abilities and focus on yoga postures interwoven with breathwork, mindfulness and flow.
