If you are unable to attend class for any reason, it is your responsibility to cancel your booking yourself via your confirmation/reminder email. Bookings can be cancelled or transferred up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. If you have used a class pass the ticket will go back onto your pass to use at a later date. Stripe payments for single classes will be credited to your Bookwhen account. Late class cancellations cannot be refunded. You may pass your booked place onto a friend at no additional cost – let us know if you wish to do this. If you had intended paying on the day and fail to show/cancel late, we will write to you and kindly request that you transfer monies owed to the Ann’s Yoga Lounge business account or drop cash in at your earliest convenience.
If a class or workshop is cancelled, you will be contacted by email and offered a full refund or the option of attending an alternative event.
