this session includes Mat based Trigger Point Pilates using foam roller, Pilates ball and spiky balls to give a full body release focused on fascia and the nervous system.
If you don’t have all the kit, or the trigger point isn’t for you, you can still get a good stretch and release with the mat based session.. All options are great to keep your body healthy and free from back and other chronic pain.
Level: Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced
Trigger Point session requires foam roller and balls or alternatives. Wear loose clothing and a long sleeved top.
Class will be in the upstairs dance studio. Please bring a mat, wear socks and a warm long sleeve top as the studio can be cold
