I am a qualified fitness and wellbeing Instructor, passionate about teaching and helping people to improve their quality of life.

I offer Aerobics, Body conditioning, Abs and Core, Tai Chi classes for all ages including Exercise for people with limited mobility: over 55s, those recovering from surgery, those with Parkinsons' disease etc

Level: Intermediate, Advanced

Clothing instructions: Sportswear/gym clothes, Trainers.
