• You must register to use the Irata TechConnect Portal before attending your IRATA Course. You cannot be assessed unless registration on the portal is complete
Technician Code of Conduct
• Candidates and technicians must behave professionally in all activities associated with training, assessment, and certification. IRATA expects candidates and technicians to treat all persons with dignity and respect.

Logbooks
Applus+ is obliged to remind you of the following IRATA TACS Clause. (Reference Clause 4.3.4)
• Rope access Technicians who are upgrading or revalidating shall provide their logbooks to the IRATA Trainer member company ideally before the start of training.
• After booking, you can upload this to the TMC. Level 2-3, No Logbook, No Training, or Assessment - unless formally approved by IRATA.
• Where rope access Technicians have lost their logbooks, they shall arrange for a replacement to be issued, completed, and verified before training commences.
Personal Fitness
• Rope access training is both physically and mentally demanding. To ensure safety and success, candidates should possess a general level of physical fitness and mental aptitude. This includes the ability to manoeuvre your own body weight through various rope-based techniques. It's advisable to come prepared for the training.
