Clinic Appointments

Book your appointment for a 1 to 1 with Dawn for a full Biofeedback and homeopathy appointment.

Please note, I also operate a manual diary, the appointments listed are those that are available at the time of listing for booking.

At your first appointment we will cover your case history and also remedies to support your health issues. At follow up appointments this will be expanded upon and additional remedies along with further dietary, lifestyle and supplements will be discussed. I always aim to work on a treatment plan that you feel is achievable for you, so we go at your pace.

Appointments are available either in person or via zoom or WhatsApp call or video call. If you are booking your first appointment and wish to have a Zoom or WhatsApp call, please allow sufficient time to post a hair sample to me (for biofeedback). The hair sample is only needed for the first appointment.

After booking your will receive an email confirmation with both directions to my clinic and also a zoom link. You will also receive a link to my patient form. This only needs to be completed for your first appointment.

You will receive an email reminder before your appointment.

Please do let me know what appointment method you would prefer so I can make sure I am logged in to zoom if needed.

A deposit of 50% of full appointment fee is required at the time of booking to secure your place. This is non refundable.
Appointments can be transferred to a different date and time with at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment.

The full balance is due and payable at the end of your appointment. This can be either via BACS, Cash, or card payment.

Refund policy

In order to book a appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
To keep your deposit, any rescheduling or canceling of appointments require a minimum notice of 24 hours . This policy is in place to ensure that we can efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Standard Appointments:
• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment without giving 24 hours notice you will forfeit your 50% deposit and be required to pay a new deposit to re-book an appointment.
• If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment may be cut down to accommodate the remaining time available.
• If you are excessively late and we do not have enough time to provide the service you have booked your appointment will be refused and 50% deposit will be lost.
