Refund policy
CRAFTY KIDS CLUB - TERM TICKETS: The amount paid, minus an administration charge of £1.50, will be refunded if a Term ticket is cancelled at least 5 days in advance of the first session for that term. No refund will be given for cancelled or missed sessions after the 5 days notice period or once the term has started.
CRAFTY KIDS CLUB - INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS: A refund, minus an administration charge of £1.50 per session, will be given if an individual session is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the session start time. No refund will be given for cancelled or missed sessions after the 48 hours notice period.
CRAFTY KIDS HOLIDAY CLUBS: A full refund will be given if the Holiday Club is cancelled at least 7 days in advance. No refunds for cancellations after 7 days, or no shows, without a doctor's note. Our holiday clubs run on a minimum and maximum number of attendees each day. If the minimum number of children needed to run the session is not reached, we will give you 7 days notice of cancellation and refund your money in full for that session.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY US: If we cancel a session, we will offer you an alternative date or location or a full refund for the cancelled session. In the event that we need to change the location of the activity for one or more sessions, we will provide reasonable notice. If we offer an alternative location to the one on the booking form, and it is more than 2.5 miles from the original location, you may request a refund for that session.
