Welcome to Atlanticway Sauna, we operate two different locations in Cork Harbour.
Gobby Beach is nestled on the banks of Cork Harbour, at the idyllic beach location looking out at the whole harbour with views from Cobh out to Roches Point Lighthouse.
Monkstown is located in the lower harbour and has slipway or pier access to Cork Harbour.
It’s a convenient location to enter the cold water quickly after exiting the Sauna.
Here you also have beautiful views looking over to Cobh and Haulbowline island.
Equally you can enjoy all the Benefits of a 🪵 Wood fired Sauna in both location, where the Sauna is only a short walk from the Beaach at Gobby Beach and next to the water at Monkstown.
Where you can have a refreshing dip in the Atlantic Ocean. 🌊
We are open Saturdays and Sundays, All year round.

• We have an internal fed stove, which increases that relaxing atmosphere with the glow of the fire. 🔥
Wood fired sauna gives a Gentle even heat.

It is a unique experience all within a 20 min drive from the Cork city.
Bus routes 223/225 come to Ringaskiddy.
Bus routes 223/ 216 at Monkstown.
Both convenient stop at the location of the Sauna.

Come and enjoy a shared, sauna session in our cosy wooden barrel sauna called Salty.

Sauna-bathing can be a private experience as well as a relaxing environment for sharing time with family, friends or your partner. Enjoy your sauna session on your own or with your own private group.

Bring your towel for bench cover, to ensure that the sauna-bathing is clean and hygienic from beginning to end.
