Please only book into a taster if you have been told there is a space and asked to complete a form. Please ignore the dates of the forms below as the same taster form is used for the whole month. Once you have completed the form and made payment a confirmation will be sent before the session to confirm the date and give further instructions for arrival, including group colour so you know where to go when you get to Axis.
Cancellation - Terms and Conditions
PAYG Adult and all PAYG Preschool Sessions:
Sessions require 24 hours notice for cancellation. Any session cancelled less than 24 hours before it begins will unfortunately still be charged.
Termly Home Education Sessions / Preschool Gymnastics Sessions / Aerial Circus Sessions:
Taster sessions are offered for all of the above disciplines prior to committing to a termly booking which allows you the opportunity to assess whether the sessions are apporopriate.
A full refund is available up to 72 hours prior to the first booked session in the term taking place, and a 50% refund is available between 72 and 48 hours prior to the first booked session in the term taking place.
From 48 hours prior to the first booked session taking place, or after termly bookings have commenced, refunds are unfortunately not possble for any remaining sessions in that term which you may wish to be absent for.
Holiday Activity Sessions:
All bookings require an upfront payment. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel a booking. A full refund is available up to 72 hours prior to the session and a 50% refund is available between 72 and 48 hours prior to the session. We reserve the right to retain payment if cancellation is within 48 hours.
Party Bookings:
Cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit. If cancellation occurs within 1 month prior to the party then refund of the balance will only be possible if the party slot can be re-booked.
