Each week builds on the last, guiding you through safe and effective drills with a focus on active stretching and flexibility. This course is designed to improve your mobility, strength, and control, with a specific emphasis on achieving or deepening your front splits.
Whether you’re starting from scratch or refining your form, this class is perfect for anyone looking to build solid foundations off the pole.
Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own mat and/or knee pads. Jo will also help you create a personalised stretching routine to continue your progress at home between sessions.
💡 Course students will receive exclusive downloadable content and fun “homework” between sessions to support your flexibility journey at home.
Drop-ins are welcome, but additional resources are reserved for those booking the full course.
Level: Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner, Experienced Beginner & Inverters
Class starts at 6.30pm prompt.
Please do not use lotions or oils on the skin before class as this makes the poles slippery. Please remove all jewellery. Please bring water.
Wear clothing that will make you feel confident, however for safety reasons we ask that clothes are form fitting and appropriate for the class. Please bring a yoga mat and/or knee pads.
