Prerequisites: Suitable for All levels, no experience in Chair Dancing is needed.
A 90 minute Chair Class where you will learn incredible acrobatic tricks, such as Headstands, Shoulder-stands & Chest-stands etc. Jess will break down the fundamental components of each acrobatic trick on the chair, focusing on strong foundations, stability within the move and each transition.
Level: Advanced, Intermediate, Experienced Beginner & Inverters
Please do not use lotions or oils on the skin before class as you may slip off the pole.
Please remove all jewellery. Please bring water.
