I am a fully qualified pre and postnatal specialist so you can be assured that your workouts will be safe for each trimester and throughout the postnatal period.
I am also a fully qualified baby massage instructor and pre and postnatal doula. You can be rest assured you will be in safe hands no matter which class you join us for.
Classes are currently held in Mountsorrel, Rothley and Thrussington.
