Thank you for booking with us - Can we please request if booking for more than one atendee all details for all attendees are added
This alows us to send after care information after each event and maintain the spaciousness acheived after each offering .

Please be aware that payment in full Is required within 48 hours of booking and bank transfer is preferred

If you then cannot attend for any reason,whilst we would wish to treat cancellation sympathetically our spaces are limited

please inform us in writing & check our cancellations policy :Otherwise please offer your space to someone in your circle that may benefit from the event

Refund policy

Payment in full is required within 24 hours of booking

If you then cannot attend for any reason, please inform us in writing, but the following conditions apply

Whilst we would wish to treat cancellation sympathetically our spaces are limited and the following charges will be applied

If your space can be filled, there may be the possibility of transferring your place to a future retreat, or event but this is at our discretion, and dependent on space being available otherwise:

From registration to 14 days before the event if I can fill places I may be able to transfer you to another event

Otherwise please offer your space to someone in your circle that may benefit from the event

If you are not sure you’ll be able to come, please let us know as soon as possible so we can find the best outcome.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will not be transferred and payment will be forfeited
