A stay at Silver Bay Holiday Park is all about unwinding and having fun – which is why we work hard to develop safe, and customer friendly systems of operation. Our booking system can be used to book swimming sessions, our Multi Use Games Arena (MUGA), gym sessions, fitness classes, children's activities and family events.
5 STEPS TO BOOK YOUR NEXT ACTIVITY:
- Select your activity from the Schedule below.
- View Details --> select number of tickets --> View Selections --> Book Now.
- Enter your email address --> Continue.
- Enter Attendee Details & Booking Details --> Continue --> Booking Reference.
- Use this code to check-in with a staff member when you arrive!
From your email confirmation, View Booking --> Your Events --> Manage --> Cancel Ticket to CANCEL a booking.
If you would like to attend more than one activity, 'Select' all of the activities you would like to attend, to add multiple activities to your trolley. By doing this you will only need to input your details once, rather than for each individual activity. If a session is fully booked, join the waiting list and you will be notified via email if a space becomes available. You will then have 15 minutes to make your booking.
