Bec teaches yoga that lets the individual experience the practice from themselves. Her calming voice leads you to explore and find your range of movement and breath in every moment when you are on the mat.
She teaches from a lineage that encourages yoga to be taught to support the person as a whole, not just a form of exercise. Modification is never seen as a weakness and used alternative form often as a tool to create the invitation to explore the body as it is today.
Classes are layered with poses (asana), breathwork (pranayama) and rest (savasana)
reflection and intention.
Bec teaches varying levels of yoga. Her strengths are introducing yoga to beginners, maintaining movement in aging bodies, working with injuries and is also an experienced pregnancy yoga teacher.
Classes with Bec will give you the opportunity to know yourself a whole lot better.
