Bendy Bodies Yoga & Mindfulness offers a gentle, non-competitive space for adults and children to move, breathe and be themselves.

I create inclusive and nurturing yoga and mindfulness experiences for individuals, schools and organisations, rooted in compassion, creativity and resilience.

My classes support physical wellbeing while gently nurturing emotional balance - helping you leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.

As the community grows, I’ll be adding more adult classes to meet demand. Children’s yoga classes will also be launching soon, bringing playful movement and mindfulness to little ones in a supportive, confidence-building way.
