Yoga Classes (Vinyasa Flow)
Vinyasa Flow is a calming but fluid high energetic practice we link our breath to a continuous flow of poses. We start with a lovely warm up to loosen the muscles and joints and slowly build up to more challenging poses, then finish the class with a cosy relaxation. Yoga is a great way to get fit and toned, it strengthens and tones muscles, increases flexibility and balance, calms the mind, reduces stress.
