Please ensure that you read our Terms and Conditions when you make your booking.

If you cancel attendance on a course, within the 14 day cooling of period, we will contact you to find out whether you would like to transfer to another course date, or whether you would like a full refund.

If you cancel the booking outside the 14-day cooling off period, and more than 14 days before the start of the course, we will either refund you the course fee, less a 10% Admin fee, or transfer you to another course date - whichever you choose.

If you cancel a course within 14 days of the start date of the course, you will not be entitled to a refund. However, we may well be able to transfer your booking to another course, so please enquire, if you would like us to do that.

If you cancel a course and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to be returned to your account.
