Hello, I'm Beth Featherbe. I teach yoga to fabulous, professional women to help them stop feeling stressed and make time for themselves!
I teach Yoga with a focus on creating balance and calm with sequencing inspired by nature and the seasons. When I learned to start working with nature and the seasons, it changed my energy, mood and made me feel so much better! Yoga is a never-ending toolbox, and I would love to share these practices with you.
I have practised yoga for around 10 years, and have been teaching since April 2021. I completed my 280 hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, and 60 hour Yin & Restorative Yoga Teacher Training at the Exeter Yoga Workshop. I am also a trained SUP Yoga Teacher.
My yoga classes are fun and welcoming, and we try not to take ourselves too seriously! I try to ensure my teaching goes beyond yoga postures to invite students to learn about the depths of yoga and how this fits in to modern, everyday life.
