Joining instructions will be provided after booking.
These classes will teach you how to soothe your nervous system, sleep better and relieve physical and mental tension based on principles of Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Classes will be slower paced, with gentle movement, nourishing stretches, mindful meditation and soothing breathing practices.
These classes will be live through Zoom, and in a MEMBERS ONLY Facebook group where you will be able to return to classes for the period of your membership (plus access to exclusive BONUS classes)
Wear something comfortable (PJs encouraged!), have some space to move and bring 2 bed pillows and a blanket.
