Full refund of booking only with 14 days or more notice.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO REARANGE ?
If 48 hours or more - You can transfer your booking (ticket) with your email confirmation to an available slot on my booking system. This is restricted to 1 transfer per ticket, 1 month before or after original booking.
If less than 48 hours - No reschedule or refund. You can give/sell your booked slot to someone else instead. Please let me know before 8am on the day, Phone or text 07886644623 to arrange.
WHAT IF I AM LATE ?
If you can do so safely, give me a call on 07886644623 and let me know. Your booking will not be extended beyond the booked time slot.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET ?
No reschedule or refund.
