Fancy 90 minutes of fun with Biscuits by Sarah B and my special guest, Maria?
Seeing as it is Valentine's Day - what better way to celebrate and have fun than coming along to a fun biscuit decorating and physical movement session!
This session consists of 2 parts:
45 minutes of biscuit decorating on an animal/valentine theme
45 minutes of animal physical fun (animal movements and poses - think flamingos!)
(You will take part in these activities in either order, depending on the number of people booked on).
You will of course have the opportunity to trial a biscuit at the session as well as take home some fun animal-themed biscuits home in a pizza-style box (as well as a couple of LOVE hearts for your partner??? If they are lucky!)
There is also the option to make your own drinks (tea,coffee, squash) in the biscuit decorating session (included in the price).
This workshop is at the Urban Shanti Community Studio - which consists of a smaller room for the biscuit decorating and a larger studio (with fab lighting) where you and your child(ren) can stretch out and have fun, being taken through different movements, actions and animal poses by my colleague Maria.

This ticket includes:- 45 minute physical exercise session in large studio 45 minute biscuit decorating in smaller room, with tea, coffee & soft drinks You will get to sample a biscuit each during the session as well as take home 3 biscuits per person in a pizza-style box.

Adult + 2 children ticket
This ticket entitles you to:- 45 minute fun physical exercise activity in the larger studio 45 minutes biscuit decorating plus tea/coffee/squash. You will get to sample a biscuit during the session and take 3 decorated biscuits home per person in a pizza-style box.
