Mindfulness to Meditation
Saturday 19th November, 10:00am - 4:00pm

Mindfulness, compassion, loving kindness, present moment awareness, all of these different states of mind bring me into the now and provide me with space.
Imagine what your life would be like if you spoke to people from a space of peace, if you walked in a state of peace, if you responded to situations in a state of peace. How would that feel, what would your relationships look like? What would you look like?

Mindfulness to Meditation is the practice of being the observer of my thoughts and so my reactions, it’s the art of living in the present rather than the past or the future, its where I truly get to know myself, as I am and who I am.
Both Fran and Greg have been practicing Raja Yoga Meditation for over 30 years and continue to explore the power of thought and the transformative benefits of meditation and mindfulness.

Although our programs have no fixed fee in the spirit of community service, guests are encouraged to make a financial contribution towards the running costs of the Retreat Centre. For further information, please email or phone.
