We are a wood-fire sauna located at Whitepoint, Cobh. Our sauna is situated just at the waters edge. Ideal for those who love a blend of hot and cold therapy and like moving from the sauna straight into the sea. For those of you who don’t love dipping in the sea, you can cool down using the shower located just outside the sauna.

BOOKING INFORMATION

➤ Please bring a towel to sit on while using the sauna

➤ To stay hydrated during and after your session, it is advised to bring a small bottle of water with you

➤ Please leave your shoes outside when entering the sauna, we appreciate your help in keeping the sauna clean for everyone
