26 Tue 10:30am - 11:30am Pilates Focus on Abdominals & Glutes
27 Wed 10:30am - 11:30am Pilates + 5 Minutes of Mindfulness.

29 Fri 7am - 8am Pilates Fusion ( Flex Flow Move )
10am - 11am Pilates Fusion ( Flex Flow Move )
