We do not provide refunds if you decide to cancel. Instead, we offer a Ticket Transfer Facility and Flexible Pass System. We also offer a Satisfaction Guarantee.
**N.B. To make changes to your booking, you should click the green button in your booking confirmation email. This will take you directly to your account, where you can see your tickets and make any relevant changes needed.
Single Class and Course Ticket Transfers:
β’ With as little as 4 hours-notice, you are able to transfer your booking to another published similar event that has availability and is due to begin within the next 60 days.
β’ Any later than 4 hours, then transfers are disabled.
β’ While the transfer window is 4+ hours, the more notice you give, the more likely you will be able to transfer to another available event. Therefore, we recommend you give as much notice as possible so as not to lose your ticket.
β’ Note you can only transfer a ticket once.
β’ If you cancel your ticket instead, these are non-transferable.
Flexible Passes:
β’ Passes can be bought for classes from Level 2 onwards.
β’ They are the most flexible and cost-effective way to book your classes.
β’ With as little as 4 hours' notice:
β’ You can cancel a class ticket and retain its use.
o You are then free to book another class ticket.
β’ Or, you can directly transfer a class to another class. However, remember you can only transfer a class ticket once. Cancelling and rebooking gives you the most flexibility.
All passes have durations of 60 Days. You book your first-class ticket at the same time as your pass which sets to expiry date. You can add more classes immediately (which we recommend to be sure of availability on your favourite classes) or come back later.
You only pay for the pass. Class fees are deducted from your pass usage whenever you book.
You can add more classes immediately or come back later.
Standby Tickets:
Standbys are discounted tickets that go on sale from 4 hours before a class (or course) is due to start (due to a late cancellation or spare capacity). As cheap, last-minute tickets, they canβt be used with a pass and are non-transferable.
Taster Classes:
Taster classes are free, but if you can no longer attend, please cancel your place so another person can benefit. You can cancel yourself with as little as 4 hours' notice. Otherwise, please email to notify us β or you may be blocked from booking free tasters in the future.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Beginners Courses: If, after attending the first class, you feel the course is not a good fit for you, email us within 2 days. We will cancel the rest of your course and refund it in full.
- Other Classes: If any other class you attend does not meet your expectations, email us within 2 days with a brief explanation. We will arrange a credit, transfer, or refund β whichever is most appropriate to the circumstances.
Class Cancellations Under Exceptional Circumstances:
We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer flexible cancellation options, allowing you to reschedule (with as little as 4 hoursβ notice). Outside of the above cancellation windows, we are unable to offer a credit or transfer except in exceptional circumstances.
Health and Minor Illness:
We are committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of everyone who attends our classes. We ask students to act responsibly if they feel seriously unwell. If you have a high temperature, feel very unwell, or have been advised by a medical professional to stay home, please do not attend and follow our normal cancellation procedures.
β’ Minor illnesses such as colds, mild coughs, or feeling a little under the weather are common and are not considered exceptional circumstances. Colds are often infectious before symptoms appear, and low-level viral risk is now part of everyday life β especially in group activities.
β’ If you feel well enough to attend with mild symptoms, you are welcome to come to class while practising good hygiene (e.g., hand washing, covering coughs and sneezes, and respecting others' personal space).
β’ Ultimately, we trust individuals to use common sense.
β’ We reserve the right to intervene if someone appears too unwell to safely participate.
Communication Between Students:
β’ We ask all students to be mindful and respectful of othersβ choices regarding attendance. It is not appropriate for students to instruct or pressure fellow students to stay home due to mild symptoms or minor illnesses.
β’ If you are at higher risk of complications (e.g., due to immunocompromise), we strongly recommend seeking medical advice before participating in group activities. Ultimately, attendance is at your own discretion, and we cannot guarantee a risk-free environment.
Exceptional Circumstances:
β’ Minor illnesses, tiredness, travel delays, and busy schedules are not considered exceptional.
β’ If you experience a serious illness, accident, bereavement, or other unavoidable event that prevents attendance, you must notify us as soon as possible in advance of your class, ideally by email. In genuine emergencies, a text or direct WhatsApp message to us is acceptable.
β’ We cannot offer a credit or transfer if you contact us after your class has started.
β’ Exceptional circumstances are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Our Right to Cancel or Make Changes to Your Booking:
β’ We will notify you of event cancellations or changes and offer an appropriate transfer, credit, or refund.
β’ We may combine groups or move you to another class happening at the same time due to teacher sickness, small class sizes or issues beyond our control.
We reserve the right to refuse admission.
