Refund & Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund, cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, including no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed using the original payment method.
