All items are non-refundable, irrespective of illness, injury, work commitments, or any other change in your circumstances that may impact your abilty to attend the class/course/event. If a Couples Latin Dance course or Women's Circle/Retreat does not proceed, a full refund will be provided.

Class fees are non-refundable, but we understand that life happens! If you can’t make it to a class, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to another date using our online booking system—easy! Just be sure to make the change at least 1 hour before class starts. Transfers are the responsibility of the booker, not the instructor.

Missed the deadline or didn’t attend? Unfortunately, your class fee will be forfeited, as we’re unable to offer refunds or late transfers.
