Transfers & Refunds

You have the option to transfer your booking up to 24 hours prior to the start of the class.  To do this, please go to MANAGE YOUR BOOKING and select the Transfer ticket option.  Terms and Conditions of transfers:

• Transfers can be made up to 24 hours prior to the start of the class.
• Transfers can be made to an event at the same location and of the same value.
• Transfers are available to another class within 60 days of the original class booking.  
• Tickets can only be transferred once, not repeatedly.  
• Cancelled bookings cannot be reinstated or refunded.
• Class Pass cancellations cannot be reinstated or refunded.

If you need assistance with your booking please email bounce@bouncefitbody.com quoting your booking reference and the studio you have booked to attend.  Please do not cancel your booking, as cancelled bookings cannot be reinstated or refunded.
