PLEASE READ THE BELOW IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING.

I HOUR PRIVATE POOL HIRE 2-8 PEOPLE
1 Adult over 18 must be on the booking (lead hirer)
MINIMUM OF 2 PEOPLE ON THE BOOKING, BOTH ABOVE THE AGE OF 10.
THE OTHER MUST BE AN ADULT OVER 18 (LEAD HIRER)

Each Session is for a set period of 1 hour,
INCLUSIVE OF CHANGING TIMES, ENTERING AND LEAVING THE POOL.

Under 2's swim for free apart from adult only sessions.
All persons entering the pool house must be on the booking and count towards the number on the booking, regardless if entering the water or not.

Babies and children count towards the number on the booking and the number must not exceed 8.

THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

THE POOL HAS A DEPTH OF 1M INCREASING TO 1.8M

We'd love for you to enjoy our pool safely. We MUST ask you to abide by the below children safety ratios, regardless if your child can swim.

CHILDREN TO ADULT RATIOS:
5 years and under = 1:1 supervision by an adult over 18
6 - 10 years = 2:1 supervision by an adult over 18
11 - 17 years (competent swimmers) = 3:1 supervision by an adult over 18
ALL BOOKINGS ARE CHECKED PRIOR TO ENTRY

Please ensure your supervisor ratios and the number of people on the booking are correct. We cannot allow entry to the pool if found to be incorrect.

If you need to add people to your booking, please contact us prior to arrival. We will be more than happy to help you.

NAPPY RULES
Double nappy system please.
A disposable nappy under a Splash About Nappy.
There will be no entry to the pool otherwise.

*THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE BOOKING (LEAD HIRER) TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVERYONE

*THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE BOOKING MUST BRING A CHARGED PHONE INCASE OF EMERGENCY

*CHILDREN MUST BE WITHIN ARMS REACH AT ALL TIMES

*NO FOOD TO BE CONSUMED INSIDE THE POOL HOUSE

*NO NON-SWIMMERS, SMALL CHILDREN IN THE DEEP END PAST 1.2M

*NO INFLATABLE TOYS PLEASE

*PLEASE BRING APPROPRIATE SWIMMING AIDS

• HAIR MUST BE TIED BACK IN A PONY TAIL OR BUN.

If you have suffered from sickness and or diarrhoea in the last 48 hours. We require one week free from symptoms before swimming can recommence.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No refund with less than 48 hours notice.
FULL refund prior 48 hours notice.

If we have to cancel your booking for any reason we will try and give as much notice as possible.
A full refund or change or date will be given.
