Welcome to Bovey Pool’s Booking Site!
Thank you for visiting our timetable and booking system. We have a range of sessions available including Lane Swimming, General Swimming, Family Time Swim, Adults Only Gentle Swimming, Ladies Night, Happy Hour, Family and Friends Pool Hire, and Whole Pool Hire. All sessions can be booked online apart from General Swimming sessions (including Family Time Swim and Happy Hour) which are walk-ins only. Please click on the session to find out more information, including the end time of each session.
Please feel free to explore the block tickets we have available (under the Pass section) which can give you savings for buying your swims up front. We offer a 5 block ticket, a 10 block ticket, a 20 block ticket and a 30 block ticket, and we also have an Unlimited Lane, Adults Only Gentle, and Ladies Night ticket!
Transfers and refunds
Lane Swimming, Adults Only Gentle Swimming, and Ladies Night tickets can be transferred up to the day prior to your swim using your online Bookwhen account. Login to Bookwhen using your booking email, click on the Upcoming Events tab, click the blue Manage button, and select Transfer ticket. Each ticket may only be transferred once. Note that we do not permit transfers of other ticket types, and transfers of these may lead to your ticket being cancelled and no refund being issued.
As standard, all tickets are sold subject to no refunds. Certain tickets as described above can be transferred once to a different session up to a day in advance. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be issued if the session can be resold.

If you have any questions or issues you need assistance with, we are here to help! Please phone the pool on 01626 832828 to speak to one of our lifeguards or on-duty volunteers during the pool opening times as per the timetable below. Our pool is managed by volunteers who are not on-site and may not have direct access to our booking system, so emails or other messages will experience longer response times and will likely advise you to phone the pool in the first instance.
