In November, our Yoga & Mobility classes will explore the art of back bending, helping you find ease in the unknown depths of each movement. Back bending can be intimidating, often bringing up fears around movement and flexibility. Together, we’ll work on calming the nervous system and preparing the body, releasing tension and expectation so that you can approach each posture with confidence. By the end of the month, you’ll notice increased comfort and flexibility in back bending, creating a new sense of freedom and curiosity in your practice.
