ONLINE Breathing Circle - DEEP DIVE for Experienced Breathers 😌

This Breathwork Journey is specifically for people who have already experienced Transformational Breath®. If in any doubt, or you have experienced other conscious connected breathwork, please be in touch before booking.

Regularly breathing in a group will help you deepen your own self-practice and keep you connected to your personal growth.

Let's come together to share, dance, and breathe in our virtual circle. I will guide you through the breathing session and include some self-facilitation techniques, as well as great music. Numbers are kept low and everyone agrees to confidentiality.

You will know that conscious connected breathwork is a very powerful way of safely releasing uncomfortable emotions (such as fear, anger, sadness, guilt, and shame) and unhelpful patterns of thought and behaviour. As well as reducing stress and anxiety, this more advanced breathwork can assist you in experiencing a deeper connection to yourself, your inner wisdom, peace, freedom, joy, and love. Mental clarity, focus, productivity, and creativity can also be improved.
