Did you know that our breathing can benefit us in lots of different ways? For example, it can help us increase our energy or calm us down, reduce muscular tension, release unhelpful thoughts and feelings, and give us more clarity and focus. We breathe in and out approximately 20,000 times each day yet many of us spend little time, if any, focusing on how we are breathing, yet when we do the rewards can be astounding.
In these challenging times, no matter what's going on around you, breathwork can help you feel more grounded, centred, and connected.
Lisa Hatton
Lisa has been involved with breathwork for nearly 20 years. As well as being a Transformational Breath® Facilitator and Group Leader, and an Oxygen Advantage Instructor, she is also a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Master NLP Practitioner and Coach. In addition, Lisa has a wealth of experience in bodywork. Her love for breathwork has taken her around the world, including volunteering in a Mexican prison.
Having experienced profound changes in her own life, Lisa loves sharing her passion with people from all walks of life. She provides space for them to connect with themselves on a deeper level and enjoy better physical, mental and emotional health.
