Do you realise how many different ways your breathing can benefit you? - increase energy or calm you down, reduce muscular tension, release unhelpful thoughts and feelings, help feel more grounded, centred, and connected, and give more clarity and focus.

Sound Baths are also shared, bringing calm and peace to your being.

Lisa Hatton

Lisa's been involved with breathwork for over 20 years. As well as being a Transformational Breath® Coach and Group Leader, and an Oxygen Advantage Instructor, she also has Pranayama training. Lisa is also a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, a Master NLP Practitioner and Coach, a Sound Healer, and a Massage Therapist. Her love for breathwork has taken her around the world, including volunteering in a Mexican prison. Lisa is also a Laughter Yoga Leader.

“Had a wonderful experience at the recent sound bath...lovely atmosphere and I just loved the variety of soothing sounds. Lisa has a fantastic range of singing bowls (and other fabulous instruments!).....Had a really bad pain in my lower back on the day and when Lisa placed the bowl on my back, I felt an immediate release of tension. Next day, felt quite tired however there was a significant improvement of movement in my lower back! Definitely recommend attending this sound bath session...and Lisa has a fab sense of humour too, so expect to have a little giggle as well ; ).” A.C.
