This is a class suitable for all levels as I will offer options to those who want something a little more spicy.
We’ll move through a soothing yoga flow, connect with the breath to ground and uplift, and close with a peaceful lavender-infused meditation. During relaxation, I offer soft, optional adjustments to the neck and shoulders for those who wish to receive a little extra release.
