“FLOW+LETGO”

My journey with yoga and healing began unexpectedly nine years ago, following a life-changing surgery to remove a tumor from my lung. The operation took 70% of my lung, and although it was a challenging time filled with uncertainty and fear, it also marked the start of a profound transformation for me. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation became my sanctuary, helping me reconnect with my body, heal, and find a path forward through resilience and self-discovery.

In my journey, I’ve had the privilege of training extensively, including completing a 200-hour yoga certification and a 300-hour meditation training in Bali. These experiences deepened my commitment to yoga not only as a physical practice but as a way to cultivate inner strength, mindfulness, and peace. My approach to teaching focuses on helping students connect with their breath, release tension, and foster a grounded presence, empowering them both on and off the mat.

At Breathe, I also integrate sound healing into my offerings. I use crystal bowls, gongs, and a range of shamanic instruments, to create sound baths that guide participants into deep relaxation. Sound healing has an incredible ability to calm the mind, release emotional blockages, and promote healing on multiple levels. Through these vibrational sounds, we tap into the body’s natural ability to restore balance and wellness, allowing for clarity, calm, and inner rejuvenation.

We believe in the power of breath and sound to bring us back to the present moment, where true healing and possibilities unfold.
